Rose Mary Bombardiere Greynolds

WEAVERVILLE – Rose Mary Bombardiere Greynolds, age 83, of Weaverville, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Rose was born on September 24, 1942, in Clarksburg, WV and has been a resident of Buncombe County since 2007. She had previously lived in Florida for 30 years.

She was the daughter of the late Anna Larnnie and Salvadore Bombardiere and one of eleven children. She was also preceded in death by her son, Patrick Greynolds; the father of her children, Edward Greynolds; and six of her brothers and sisters. Rose was a faithful servant of the Catholic church.

Surviving is her daughter, Tammy Lanz and husband Jeff; sons, Ronald Greynolds and wife Michelle, and Michael Greynolds and wife Gayle; sisters, Mary Ann Billingsley, and Angeline Huffman; brother, Georgie Bombardiere; nine grandchildren, Serena, Jason, Edward Junior, Tyler, Megan, Allyssandra, Sarah, Robbie, and Joseph; and three great grandchildren, Tanner, Aiden, and Anthony.

Services for Rose will be held at 10:00am, Friday, May 1, 2026, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville.
