Asheville – Penny L. Stebbins, age 49, of Asheville, passed away, Thursday, November 2, 2017 at John F. Keever Solace Center in Asheville, NC. Ms. Stebbins was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Soule. Surviving are her sons, Aaron, John Jr., and Christopher; parents Sharon and Harold Soule, of Florida; best friends, Marty Council and Jana Moran and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
