MAMIE MARLER BOATWRIGHT WEAVERVILLE – Mamie Marler Boatwright, age 91, of Weaverville died Saturday, January 7, 2017. Mrs. Boatwright was born August 26, 1925 in Madison County and was a resident of Buncombe County for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Jobe Harrison and Beva Ledford Marler and wife of the late Walter Ernest Boatwright who died in 1998. Surviving are her daughter, Carolyn Harris and husband David; and cousin, Ruby Marler Ramsey.
