NEBO – Elizabeth Ann Partin, age 78, of Nebo passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at The Greens of Weaverville. She was the daughter of the late James Elton and Margaret Dickerson Boone and wife of the late John Wiley Partin, III, who died in 2017. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Cathy, and Sandy; and brother Jimmy.

Mrs. Partin was born on December 13, 1947, in Henderson, NC and also lived in Rocky Mount, Garner, and Morrisville. She worked in the administrative office of Office Depot. She was a great mother and was very loving. Elizabeth went out of her way to help family and friends. She loved her flower garden and enjoyed shopping because she always made sure she looked her best.

Surviving is her daughter, Margaretta Elizabeth Willard (husband Russell); son, John Wiley Partin, IV (wife Katie Ware); sister, Betty Tucker, and Fran Harvey (husband Andy); brother, Bill Boone (wife Donna); and grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Catesby, Lorelei, and Elle.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
