MONCURE – Chris Massey, age 38, of Moncure died Friday, December 21, 2018.
Chris was born September 4, 1980 in Buncombe County to Larry and Vera Ray Massey.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters, Pam McCurry and husband Keith and Sheila Hopps, all of Weaverville; niece Katelyn Hopps; nephews, J.T. Hopps, Lucas and Colton McCurry.
His funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville. Burial will be in Mt. Sheba Baptist Church Cemetery, Weaverville.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
