Billie Fox Evans

CONNELLY SPRINGS – Billie Fox Evans age 89, of Connelly Springs, died Monday, October 26, 2020.

Billie was born Buncombe County to the late Bill and Ada McMahan Fox.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Ray Evans who died in 2001.

Surviving are her three daughters, Mary Pegg, Linda Silver, and Sheila Todd; and a son, Charles Evans.

No services are planned at this time.
