Wilma Capps Maxwell, Administrative Assistant

Wilma is a native and life long resident of Buncombe County, N.C. She has been with the West Family since 1999. She is a 1973 graduate of North Buncombe High School and a 1979 honor graduate with an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration from Asheville Buncombe Technical College and attended Western Carolina University from 1979 – 1981. Wilma is a daughter of Howard Wayne Capps of Weaverville and the late Allie Mace Capps. She and her husband, Wendell Maxwell are active in the Reems Creek Golf Community.
